Mogae Media - Head - Finance - CA

Mogae Media is looking for seasoned CA professional with 10-14 years, post CA, to head our finance department.

- As a head of Finance, you will be a core part of the leadership team and will have a crucial role in the expansion and long term strategy of the company.

Role & Responsibilities :

- The Company's P&L will be owed by this role. All moving parts including revenue recognition, revenue mix, receivables, etc. will be the core deliverable to this role.

- Manage the accounting, investor relations, legal, & tax departments

- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

- Report financial results to the board of directors

- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile- legal, regulatory etc.

- Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry

- Monitor and control accounts receivables

- Coordinate with the external and internal auditors to plan, execute the audits reports.

Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role :

- Must be a CA with excellent credentials

- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep finance skills and knowledge of processes is required. Nothing can be missed out because of lack of knowledge or not being aware.

- Must have a high level of written and oral communication skills

- A high energy individual, ready to work in a highly evolving environment & adapts quickly to the changes.

Team Leadership : This role includes managing a 3-4 member finance team. More importantly this role is about managing complexity.

Speed : We are very fast paced organization. Re-fueling in mid-air is a critical personality trait we are looking for.
