- Understand the vision behind the work and be able to create a process and execute within that without getting lost in the nitty gritty of unstructured situations.

- An eagerness to move the bar and positively impact the status quo in any assignment

- An ability to understand business objectives of any initiative is a must.

- At moEVing, the Program management layer leads initiatives across the units and functions of the organization.

- These initiatives may be sponsored by any group like business, strategy, technology, operations, Innovation or Data Analytics. However, the execution of these initiatives will cut across various groups in the organization and even multiple external stakeholders.

The core responsibilities of the Senior Program Analyst are as follows :

- Planning of projects along with the project sponsors, understanding the objectives, defining the structure, activities, milestones, key success factors, resources, cost, risk and timelines.

- Managing stakeholder expectations wrt the expected outcomes, timelines, risks and challenges

- Prioritization of projects along with the Program manager and other stakeholders.

- Tracking the project progress along with other relevant stakeholders.

- Reporting on project progress to various stakeholders and the leadership team

- Work with various stakeholder groups in depth to resolve bottlenecks during project execution, find workarounds.

- Manage project budgets and costs.

- Ensure optimal intervention and escalation with the right stakeholders to ensure project and program objectives are met

- Build an effective working relationship with various stakeholders and managing perceptions

- Multi-task and work on at least two to three projects simultaneously depending on the complexity of the project

Work Experience :

- A senior Program Analyst should come with around 5 years of work experience. We care about maturity of the individuals and hence are open on the years of experience.

- Work experience in a generalist role could be an advantage. For Example: Business Analyst, Project and Program Manager etc.

- Startup experience is an added advantage. However, folks who have worked in large corporates and feel they would better fit into a startup like moEVing are welcome as well.

Academic Qualifications :

- Understanding and relating to business objectives is a must. If there is also an MBA from a Tier I or a Tier II college that's great. However, this is certainly NOT a constraint.

- A bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 or a Tier 2 college in the country or abroad
