MoEngage - Talent Partner Lead - Non Tech

Responsibilities:

- Positions handled in Non-Tech hiring - Executive to Leadership level

- Has strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behaviour-based interviewing and closing.

- To collaborate with different teams to get schedules and set up interviews

- Use different platforms to source candidates using correct search strings

- Maintain recruitment database with all candidate records

- Manage the end to end life cycle of recruitment

- Act as liaison with employment agencies

What do we expect from you?

- 7-10 years of non technical recruitment experience

- A Bachelors degree with relevant experience - Masters degree or MBA a plus point.

- Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business

- Experience with creating search strings (Boolean search)

- Experience in working with Social Media and other channels of sourcing

- Start-up and people management experience is preferred
