Who are we and What do we do- MoEngage Inc. is a technology company based out of Bangalore and San Francisco. We are focused on solving the problem of retention and engagement in mobile apps. We are building a User Analytics and Engagement platform to help app companies understand user behavior in real time and deliver personalized interactions (big data personalization at scale). We work with most of the top consumer- internet companies in India across E-commerce, Travel, Food, etc. We are a fast- growing team of young people, who worked earlier at mobile and startup companies. We are building a global SAAS company out of India and are looking for the right folks who can be part of this journey. What will you be doing- - Build vision, strategy and roadmap for MoEngage data science driven products - Engage with project stakeholders & evangelize data driven decision making capabilities. - Hands on with handling large data sets, perform statistical analysis and presenting results. - Own, build, deploy and maintain scalable machine learning system with support from the team. Eligibility: - Must have at least 4+ years of relevant experience. - Have strong experience in working with large data sets using distributed systems. Example, Apache Spark, Apache Drill, MapReduce, etc - Building statistical models using Machine Learning algorithms - Demonstrated skills in programming in Python and Java - Experience with working on public cloud systems like AWS - Experience with Recommendations systems and reinforcement learning is a plus Perks: 1.
