- Own the business design for specific business modules (e.g. transporter on-boarding, inventory management, and replenishment, etc.) - Establish product vision, layout product road map, and lead product module to successfully conduct competitive benchmarking, unique global journeys to identify best practices and implement them. - Identify key features to be built for disrupting the market. - Create, maintain and prioritize the business backlog. - Collaborate with a different platform, module, and technology teams to understand the requirements and constraints for building the module. - Leads product to delivery and overall success (through new features). - Observes, learns about, contacts and analyzes end users of the product to updated product based on feedback. - Comfortable with designing and operating a technology-led solution. - Effective analytical &amp; communications skills. Ability to lead projects from concept to closure. Willingness to learn, innovate and take initiative. - Flexibility to move across teams and adapt quickly to a new environment. - 7-10 years of supply chain experience. - Strong exposure to logistics' supply chain management. - Masters in Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics or MBA (Operations) from a reputed graduate school.
