Key Responsibilities:

- Identification and analysis of training requirement. Assess, recommend and implement processes.

- Develop modules on processes, products, soft-skills and sales skills based on training needs.

- Design, Develop, Conduct and update training contents as per the business requirement / culture by utilizing learning tools & methodology.

- Identify and execute regular skills workshops for employees like Leadership Skills, Product Training, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Cross Cultural Orientation and Organization process training on a regular basis.

- Organize need based Behavioral and Technical training across the organization.

- Training to Beauty Advisor / Retail store staff / Sales Team on Product knowledge, Grooming, Selling Skills, Customer Services, Merchandising

- Formulation of annual and monthly training calendars in consultation with the corporate team and circulate the calendar in a timely manner ensuring on-time completion of training.

- Measure the ROI of training in the concept to show tangible benefits

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Preferably Female

- Graduate / Post graduate with 7+ years experience in training in Cosmetics / FMCG / Personal care / Skin care/ Aviation / Hospitality / Luxury retail / Pharma industry.

- Diploma in Training from ISTD would be preferred

- Hands-on experience in development of training modules / content development

- Must have managed a team

- Excellent communication

- Pleasant personality

- Open to travel across India
