Required Skills:
- 1 to 4 years of experience into Domestic Recruitment.
- Identifying and recruiting potential candidates for various positions and skill sets, specifically researching markets to find viable candidates.
- Utilizing Networking to source and secure a broader network of candidates.
- Calling warm and cold leads, either for referrals or to share the job opportunity.
- Front line screening of resume submissions.
- Maintenance of applicant tracking system for assigned openings.
- Phone Interviews with potential candidates.
- Managing on-site interview process, including but not limited to designing interview questions and selection metrics for assigned openings.
- Successful candidates will have proactive customer-service focus to respond effectively to hiring needs.
- Must be able to work well under pressure juggling multiple tasks as well as work effectively with a wide range of staff and external candidates
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
- A strong knowledge of appropriate employment laws and regulations is required, and International Recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
