Modeler - Mortgage Finance

Brief Description:

This position is a key part of the Modeling Group to build rigorous models of consumer mortgage behavior, economic drivers, and servicer performance.

Responsibilities:

- Manage large loan-level research data sets

- Build and maintain a suite of econometric models to support the mortgage servicing business based on sound economic and finance theory

Key Result Areas:

- Creating accurate, functional decisioning models to improve profitability and risk management for the mortgage servicing business

Qualifications:

- Master’s or PhD in economics or finance with quantitative focus

- Familiarity with US mortgage finance

- Experience building econometric models

- Flexible to work in shifts.

Note: Compensation will not be a limiting factor.
