We are currently looking for Young, Energetic, Dynamic and Goal Oriented Resource to head our Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of Sales Plan and getting it approved
2. Achievement of Targets Fixed in all criteria (Product wise, Geography wise, Region wise, Salesman wise)
3. Ensuring success of Sales Plans against its targeted objective
4. Maintain disciplined performance in entire sales team
5. Be a coordinator between the Sales Department and other Department.
Planning:
1. Conduct study of Market, Customer, Competitor, Sector and analyze the study results on creation of Sales Plan for the year
2. Preparation of Sales Plan for the year
a. For every line of business
b. For every region
3. Creation of Sales Strategy, Systems, Processes and Procedures for achieving of Approved Sales Plan
4. Establish the review methodology on reviewing the performance on target vs actual sales.
Execution:
1. Approve the Sales targets allotted by Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to
a. every individual sales team;
b. different customer verticals and
c. different sector verticals
2. Communicate the approved strategies and procedures to Regional Sales Managers in achievement of targets and obtain confirmation on their understanding.
3. Support RSM and Sales Team in closing high value, high profile and sensitive customer deals
4. Approve deviations in Pricing and Credit Policy beyond the powers of RSM
5. Measure the performance of Sales Efforts and decide on further course of action.
6. Approve RSM visit records and their expenses claim
7. Attend escalated Customer Complaints received and provide solutions
8. Maintain good understanding and rapport with Customers (Present and Prospective)
Co-ordination:
1. Co-ordinate with Presales / Marketing Manager to execute activities to support sales function
2. Co-ordinate with Presales / Marketing Manager and RSM in measuring the performance of Sales activities.
3. Co-ordinate with HR Head in creating training and induction program for Regional Sales Managers.
4. Recommend for deviations approval in Credit and Pricing Policy to Managing Director for deviations beyond the power of Sales Manager.
5. Support sales team wherever required in collection of outstanding payments and statutory documents
Reporting:
1. Prepare and present Target Vs Actual Sales Performance in MRM meeting
2. Review daily performance of Regions with Regional Sales Manager.
3. Present weekly performance of Regions to Managing Director
4. Review and present Cost Vs Output of
a. New Business Developments
b. Sales Achievements
to Managing Director on a weekly basis and to the Board once in a month
Education:
MBA with technical background is preferred
Experience:
10+ Years in IT Company selling Technology like core banking solutions, core banking, digital channels to banking industry.
