Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Ad Sales person to oversee our advertising sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving ad sales revenue growth and building strong relationships with advertisers and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and implement a comprehensive ad sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
2) Identify new advertising opportunities and build relationships with potential advertisers and agencies.
3) Negotiate advertising rates and contracts with clients to ensure profitable revenue growth.
4) Work closely with the marketing team to develop advertising campaigns that align with our brand and messaging.
5) Analyze and report on ad sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of advertising strategies and adjust as needed.
6) Collaborate with other departments such as creative, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns.
7) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
8) Attend industry events and conferences to represent our company and network with potential clients.
9) Manage a team of ad sales professionals and provide mentorship and guidance to help them meet their targets.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's/PG degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
2) Proven experience in ad sales, preferably in digital media.
3) Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5) Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
6) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
