These skills are not taught in our traditional college degrees: you might have picked it up on your own or you’ll have a flair for this and be eager to learn. If you're confident you can grow into someone who will fit the description below, apply!  - Ideally, you would have experience in building and optimizing online/mobile consumer products. You have the flair for envisioning simple and intuitive user interfaces – ability to create examples through wire frames and mock-ups. Customers would interact with your products without knowing it, because you’ve managed to streamline the process seamlessly. You pay extreme attention to user experience and are able to inspire your team to execute your vision.   - You have experience in prioritizing projects that are deemed critical across the entire organization. Everyone thinks that their need is #1, but you know how to manage all the top priorities across all the teams that are competing for the same resources   - You display a keen interest in digging deeper into the data. You make sound decisions based on rigorous analysis of metrics. You are able inspire confidence in your team to trust your recommendations because of the detailed level of analysis you have done on the data. You’re a data nerd, and proud of it!   - You are willing to fail-fast. Not that your goal is to fail, but you can understand when things start to go awry, and decides to correct your course quickly. You acknowledge your findings publicly, and the organization would respect your honesty and ability to learn from past attempts.   - You have an eye for details. You instinctively focus on the little things, in keeping with the big picture.  - You genuinely feel the need to Get Things Done. You move quickly, you push the team, you execute tasks at top levels of standard.
