- Client acquisition and Client management activities
- Branding & Market Intelligence initiatives
- Finding new Strategic Partners in order to increase the sales & visibility for the firm.
- Interaction with CXOs & MDs & providing business consulting for their business transformation.
- Price Negotiations
- Account Management & Client Relationship Management
- Requirement Analysis & Documentation.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to every detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Attitude to work on processes to achieve operational excellence especially in the area of servicing customers.
- Ability to follow and improve processes will be very critical.
- The job will include extensive travel
- Basic understanding of Mobile cloud technologies, Retail / FMCG Operation is a plus
- Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
