Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Work with the leadership team to understand and plan ongoing talent acquisition strategy
2) Co-Creating job descriptions and discovering channels which give best return rate in terms of Application => Interview => Hire ratio
3) Manage end to end hiring process for building India's first billion dollar in revenue tech product company. (Did we tell you that our employee churn ratio is less than 6 %?)
1) Education no bar, experience no bar
2) You will have to demonstrate your unique thoughts around talent acquisition for a tech company for a variety of profiles (sales, customers success, tech, product, support)
Salary offered: 7-8LPA
