Mobisy - Specialist - Finance & Accounts

About the position : Bizom is actively seeking a Finance person with a proactive approach and exceptional organizational and management skills to strengthen our team. This role will serve as a lead for compliance and accounting. The individual will be responsible for the comprehensive management of financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting practices and tax laws. We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on individual who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work description :

- Take end-to-end ownership of all finance-related aspects, including bookkeeping, reporting, and banking reconciliations.

- Ensure periodic book closures, prepare, consolidate, and present financials.

- Prepare and finalize various budgets for the organization, analyze and report variances to the departments.

- Oversee end-to-end compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

- Provide support on all elements of cash management, including cash controlling, investor reports, and ad-hoc analyses.

- Develop accounting and reporting processes and controls.

- Coordinate with external consultants, statutory auditors, internal auditors, and other stakeholders.

- Handle Internal and Statutory Audits with Big4 firms.
