Mobisy - Project Manager (2-4 yrs)

- We can help you grow as a kickass Project Manager but you have to be passionate about Customer Success and help us scale the revolution we have begun in SaaS Mobility with Bizom, a leading retail intelligence platform with more than 500 leading CPG brands as our customers.
- You will work with the Head of Customer Delight and collaborate with the Customer Success team to showcase Bizom's impact in the CPG and FMCG industry.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Own and manage a customer account from sign off to go live - controlling project scope, change control processes, risks/ issues and mitigation plans
- Be customer obsessed - Build a rapport with the customer's team and internal stakeholders to ensure on point delivery and implementation.
- Write BRD's by understanding the client's requirements, business needs, work flows and structures.
- Manage and supervise the project and create an action/delivery plan for the same.
- Ensure Implementation is done smoothly and in a timely manner.
- Communicate regularly with client stakeholders, internal tech team, and other support teams regarding implementation and procedures.
- Create a detailed action plan in a phased manner for delivery and roll out. Accommodate and organize user trainings, onboardings and success tracking post project completion.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of project management and/or related experience.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline.
