Are you a fantastic spokesperson who has what it takes to liaise between a company and its customers/ vendors as well as its stakeholders, regulatory authorities? If the answer to that question is yes, then you have a foot in the door for this role!

In this role, you will be expected to manage the contract process and be responsible for in-house legal matters such as drafting legal contracts & agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in negotiation discussions.

You will be our go-to person when it comes to legal, secretarial matters, governance and compliance. What's more - you will also have the opportunity to don the role of a coordinator in our board meetings.

While we've already defined a large part of your responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:

- Managing the contract process from initiation to closure.

- Negotiating with Customers/ vendors for contracts and agreements.

- Advising internal teams on legal matters.

- Liasioning with external counsel for litigation matters.

- Coordinating our general meetings

- Drafting minutes / notice / agendas, annual filings, etc.

- Maintaining Document Repository

We would like for you to have:

- LLB and 2+ years of experience working in a contract management role

- Experience as a legal advisor on corporate matters

- A company Secretary degree from the The Institute of Company Secretary of India(Preferred)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Brownie points for the taking if you have prior experience working with start-ups.
