Job Overview: The Finance and Accounting Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive management of financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting practices and tax laws. The role requires a detailed-oriented individual who can multitask and manage various accounting activities including Vendor Management, reconciliations, tax filings, and handling audits.

Education Qualification Chartered Accountant with a CA degree.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing all accounting activities of the Indian entity and UK subsidiary

- Preparation and finalization of Various budgets for the organization, analyzing and reporting variances to the departments.

- Ensuring Periodic book closures, preparing, consolidating, and presenting financials under IND -AS, MIS to management and investors

- Co-ordinating with Investors, Banks, Vendors, and other stakeholders, including Fund Raise & Due Diligence

- Implementing and ensuring adherence to Internal Financial Controls (IFC)

- End-to-end ownership of GST, TDS, and IT compliance activities

- Handling Internal and statutory Audits with Big4 Firms

- Periodic Reconciliation of various accounts and ensuring the hygiene of financial records

- Guiding mentoring the team toward setting and achieving common goals

- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR)

- End to end Vendor Management - Order to Pay

- Ensure other Statutory requirements are complied with like MSME, FEMA, etc.

- Coordinate the finalization of UK accounts and follow up on transfer pricing (TP) reports.
