HR Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

- Participate in organizing company events and career days

- Gather payroll data, such as leaves, working hours and bank accounts

- Handle Compensation and Statutory

- Manage End to End Operation of induction of new joinees, On-boarding activities, Collection of Joining Kits, employee bank A/c creating and updating, Termination/Exit, Transfer & relieving and coordinating for PF settlement, etc

- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies

Requirements :

- Have experience with MS Office

- Possess excellent communication abilities

- Have a people-friendly personality
