HR - Brand Strategist

We are on a mission to develop a culture of making "WORK FUN". We are looking for professionals who can OWN our Employer Branding effort. We need you to be a connoisseur and help us build the Bizom brand.

You will work with the Head of HR and collaborate with the Marketing team to showcase Bizom's Culture and engage people internally & externally.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for creating engaging HR content to - Attract A+ players to join Mobisy by showcasing our culture and life @ Mobisy in general via blogs, articles and employee stories.

- Identify target audiences, understand their interests and publish content that most appeals to that particular segment.

- Work on identifying channels to promote Bizom's branding as the "Place to be at''.

- Manage and own up end to end Social Media for Bizom (People-branding only - content + execution)

- Work on acquiring accreditations for Bizom to attract new talent and retain the existing workforce.

- Take ownership of getting engaging stories for our people-blog - www.algorithmicjugaad.com

- Take ownership of organizing, coordinating and executing strategic employee communications both internally and externally.

- Promote and attend events ; promote and report on corporate milestones and activities such as company goals and projects; new products or services; community service activities; and new hires, promotions, and retirements.

- An understanding of SEO best practices would be an added advantage.

- Write engaging JDs that are better than this one :)

Requirements:

- Education no bar, experience no bar.

- Impeccable spoken and written English skills.

- A flair for writing and a love for working with people is a must-have.
