Growth Program Chief

Our ambition for Bizom is that it becomes the retail intelligence platform of choice for consumer companies looking to drive retail execution across emerging markets.

What needs to be delivered:

- Design growth programs to help Bizom progress in areas identified

- Bring together the A-team with folks of different skillsets to enable the achievement of objectives

- Keep the team motivated to drive favorable business actions.

- Enable learnings so that the team can drive faster towards stated objectives.

- Track and drive the program with vital self and team contributions so as to achieve the objectives of the program

Skill Sets required:

- FMCG / CPG business distribution understanding

- Cross-Functional understanding encompassing sales, marketing, product management

- Learnings from a Sales Development role will be an added advantage.

- Should be conversant on the use of at least one CRM tool (Zoho preferred)

- Should have strong Data analytical skills.

Much like the value of zero is dependent on supporting data, so also, the decision making in the organization will rely on your correct & timely interpretation of key data points.
