Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Head to join our dynamic team. As the Content Head, you will be responsible for creating and executing the content strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Your role will involve overseeing the content creation process, executing it with the Marketing team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality content that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports the company's marketing and business objectives.

- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand target audience needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and translate them into compelling content initiatives

- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content across various channels, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, videos, online/offline events, and more

- Conduct research to identify industry-specific topics, trends, and keywords to optimize content for search engine visibility and organic traffic growth.

- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency, maintaining brand voice and style guidelines.

- Analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and social media metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for content optimization and improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the content strategy and deliver innovative content experiences.

- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as industry influencers, partners, consultants, PR firms and customers, to develop co-marketing content initiatives and amplify brand reach.

- Assist in video production and distribution.

- Maintain press relations in different regions like India, South East Asia and Middle East and Africa.

- Maintain dashboards to track content, including videos, newsletters, blog posts, whitepapers, website performance etc.


- A passion for language and grammar, and a journalistic bent of mind

- Ability to make research-based tech/business topics easy to understand, engaging and human

- Ability to network with media to enable distribution of content

- High quality spoken and written English skills

- Ability to collaborate with internal customers

- Portfolio of published articles

- Keen desire to learn new content platforms
