Responsibilities/Authorities to address:

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Social Media and Marketing Analytics. Must bring in thought leadership and understanding of current & future trends of Social Media and Marketing analytics areas

- Able to identify, evaluate and recommend latest technology platforms in Social Media and Marketing Analytics

- Design, build, deploy and maintain standard delivery solutions/methodologies

- Must be an expert in knowledge and usage of various social media analytical tools

- Work closely with industrialization leads, delivery leads, account management and operational and marketing excellence teams

- Contribute to internal knowledge communities by preparing and publishing presentations
