Technology Head for Mobilox

Mobilox is looking for dynamic Technology Head with prior experience in software and mobile applications.

- The Technology Head will be responsible for driving a team of Project Managers for the execution and implementation of the entire project.

- The Technology Head will have to build and groom a team of Vendor Managers and Project Managers below him/her.

- The Technology Head will report to Director Innovation. Position is for Mumbai office and interviews will be taken of people who belong to Mumbai only.

- Min 8 to 10 yrs of experience required, for Technology Head

- Technology Head who have handled commercials in the past will be given additional preference.

Responsibilities :

The main responsibilities of the job include:

- Engineering / BCA/ MCA / Diploma in Computers / Graduate with established technical qualification .

- 1-4 years with Exposure to Web / iOS / Android/ Mobile applications able to travel and meet clients when required and ideate with the delivery team for domestic projects.

- Knowledge of iOS/ android/ BlackBerry/Window/HTML5 applications is a MUST

- Understanding existing websites and make them mobile/tablet friendly

- Guide the delivery team for servicing client requirements across mobile platforms

- Manage timelines and milestones to meet client requirements

- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

Skillset Required :

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to negotiate with the clients and set realistic expectations

- Good understanding of Mobile App, WAPs, Games, SMS/IVR, iOS/ Android/ BlackBerry/ Symbian/ Windows, HTML5

- Attitude to grow fast in life
