Position Reporting to : Co-Founder

Mandatory Skills :

- Extremely creative mind from which may be demonstrated with past work or even self developed case studies

- Preference for people who aspire to be entrepreneurs in future

- Exceptional communication skills

- Aptitude to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly

- Agency experience preferred

- Should have B2C experience

Responsibilities :

- Deciding marketing mix and finalizing media strategies to drive optimum demand across all cities

- Sourcing and managing agencies.

- Designing marketing calendar

- Devising and executing monthly and quarterly marketing plans across offline and online media to meet the desired communication objectives

- To act as an interface with the Media agencies and vendors to ensure implementation of ATL and BTL campaigns.

- Developing and recommending the placement, production & promotional activities to ensure that the marketing objectives are consistently met.

- Would have targets for Mobile App downloads and Traffic

- Work to identify the best RoI initiatives to build awareness and encourage trial across Digital channels

- Conducting competitor and industry analysis by keeping abreast of market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 2-3 years of Brand Management/Advertising/Media Planning/ BTL/Digital experience, MBA preferred

- Experience in planning and executing marketing plans
