Client : A leading player in mobile commerce space

Maximum CTC is 10-14 LPA

Experience :2-4 Years

We are looking for professionals from LEADING BANKs who are into project management and maintenance , with exposure to cusotmize product designing , redesigning with clients in government and various large corporations and MNCs.The person is responsible for Mobile Money Transformation Program administration across multiple complex projects in a dynamic work environment requiring high energy and superior speed of execution

JOB PROFILE

- Prepare and standardize Program Initiation

- Circle Coordination and deployment

- Identify and Track critical business KPIs

- Facilitate replication of successful projects and ensure process adherence

- Effective status reporting and communication

Major Challenges :

Challenges:

1. Setting up the transformation program charter.

2. Complex planning requirements – since it involves many moving parts like the product team, circle teams and the strategic alliance partner teams all with numerous cross functional dependencies.

3. Timely and proactive identification of issues and risks.

4. Quick and accurate reporting resulting to ensure timely redressal of risks

5. Constant coordination across cross functional team members in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of positive team energy

Key Actions:

1. Diligence in preparing and maintaining program plans.

2. Be in constant touch with circle and central level team members; attend as many meetings as possible and “walk the floor” while also carrying out daily activities, so as to be able to proactively identify risks

3. Formalize processes (including automation) for regular and accurate status updates, drive/improve adherence to the same
