Academic Qualifications: Graduation, any discipline

Experience: 4-6 years in ad agencies and media

Reports to: VP - Business Development

Job Location: Delhi

Role:

- To attain and exceed team sales target and be responsible for maintaining existing business and the successful sales of new business within the designated classified section.

- Seek newer avenues of business and develop a good network of clients.

- Maintain and grow existing business

- Develop market strategy for achieving business results and build Develop strong client relationships to enhance the standing of the company

- Manage the proposal development process and engage with creative team to and maintain the time-lines.

- Identify industry trends, key players, clients and opportunities

- Review Sales plan with Management

- Develop final proposals based on team meetings and discussions

Key Skill Set:

- Good understanding of the digital platforms - mobile/social/ web

- Should be a quick learner/ Should grasp and understand things fast

- Ability to Multitask and Excellent Time Management
