Responsibilities : - Manage and execute end to end recruitment within the stipulated aggressive timelines. - Play an important role in managing recruiting activities and build influential candidate relationships. - Build the talent pipeline for the business to achieve the hiring targets within the standard timelines. - Demonstrate the use of multiple channels in sourcing through networking, sourcing, direct approach, referrals, university relations, etc. The ideal candidate must have: - Hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. - Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with both internal/external stakeholders. - Flexibility and the ability to change direction quickly and be comfortable in a fast-paced and potentially ambiguous environment. - A solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment - the ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.
