- The Chief of Staff will next level of support to Founder/ CEO in the handling of overall business operations and effectively handle and resolve business issues - Heading teams, for a cross-functional role which involves planning and driving organization strategy across departments - Day to day functions include the execution of ideas and processes across markets based on metrics, maintaining investor relations, and redesigning key internal processes. - Provide strategic support and advice to Bipin in handling critical business issues, expansion plans for different businesses and draft clear key communications. - Oversee strategic business initiatives from a development point of view through successful execution under the guidance leaders and departmental heads - Support business heads to develop a vision and a growth forecast for the business Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments by interacting with leaders/ teams and assistants across geographies/ time zones to coordinate a variety of meetings. - Arranging complex and detailed travel agenda, plans and itineraries of Founder/CEO and also preparing agenda for them during their travel. - Arranging group or team meetings and town-hall. Organizing group events and meetings both onsite and offsite. Responsible for planning, budget, and logistics simple and complex meetings.
