MobiKwik - Associate Director - Product - B2B

We are looking for a Senior Product Professional to head the Product Org in our Strategic Business Unit. Strategic Business Unit in MobiKwik is a burgeoning business unit that counts Home Credit and Bajaj Finserv as a few of its esteemed customers. The unit is responsible for building opportunities in the B2B space leveraging Product platforms MobiKwik has built and innovated over the years. The person responsible for this role will actively work with the Business Development team to create new opportunities and lead a team of Product/Program Managers who manage the engagement with existing clients.

Responsibilities -

- Preparation of presentations and client proposals about the products for the consumption of the Business Development teams

- Creation of marketing concepts that communicate and depict Customer Value.

- Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands.

- Overall responsibility for Program Management activities across the business

- Manage and provide leadership inputs in managing Client communications to ensure achievement of Business Objectives.

- Create and implement best practice Program Management vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance.

- Initiate and develop creative and innovative programme management processes.

Qualifications

- B.Tech./BE/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent and/or MBA from top business school

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in product management and technology experience

- Previous Product Management experience in the financial services industry (NBFC/ FinTech) with exposure to Managing Client Relationships in a B2B environment
