Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding Bank/ NBFC/ FinTech / Financial industry/ Digital Lending trends,and competitive landscape.
- Identify the potential opportunities for Lending products, build relationships withtop management at Banks/NBFCs/FinTech firms.
- Manage the end to end deal closure including discovery, product structuring, commercial alignment, contract closures, etc.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, statutory and regulatory requirements, plus other relevant internal/external standards for all assigned partners and keep abreast and up to date of changes, the competition and customer propositions which may impact the business and customers.
- Management across internal & external stakeholders.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Candidates with 10-12 Years of overall experience in Business Development.
- An experience in business & growth and managing Lending, Co-lending, BC and strategic partnerships with FinTech ecosystem players would be a plus.
- Must have strong networking, communication, implementation and conflict management skills - Should be aggressive, strategic and process-oriented.
- A Strategic thinker who can plan, execute and pivot according to circumstances with a clear objective of achieving the organizations strategic vision and organizational growth.
- Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse external & internal stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment by having superior prioritization and time management skills.
- Result-oriented with a high sense of ownership.
- The ability to create thoughtful and compelling business use cases highlighting cost benefits, business growth, revenue impact, profitability etc.
