Job Description :

- Communicating with clients to ensure that all requirements are understood and addressed

- Building strong existing/new client relationships

- Collaborating with various internal departments

- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires

- Collecting and analysing data concerning consumer behaviour to understand changing needs

- Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve client queries

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients

- Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of clients

- Exceptional analytical skills, advanced motivational, attention to detail and negotiation skills.

- Preferably from ecommerce/fintech industry

- Should have 2- 5 years of relevant experience.
