Responsibilities :

- Design and implement campaigns to evangelize Mobike's mission to government officials and the interested public

- Understand local, regional, or national government's needs and goals, and how Mobike fits with and advances those goals

- Proactively engage with government stakeholders at centre, states and cities including smart city and public transit authorities on various aspects of policy, infrastructure, advocacy, citizen engagement, governance for dockless bike sharing.

- Communicate with local, regional, or national government to evangelize Mobike

- Understand potential legal and cultural barriers, and create solutions for them. Conduct research and monitor legislation, track happenings within the government, proactively research policies

- Engage/assist govt advisory organization and International development organizations to provide technical assistance to governments in India for adoption of deckles bike sharing

- Prepare reports and presentations to deliver within the company, write talking points and often serve as a point of contact for the media.

Requirements :

- Relevant demonstrable experience in engaging with political and executive decision makers in governments at centre and states in advisory capacity on public policy

- Demonstrable experience of working with Central Government, State Government, Local Municipal administration is mandatory

- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, as well as externally with government officials at all levels

- Political / Governmental background and knowledge is a plus

- Work Experience in mobility, urban sector is a plus

- Leadership and organizational skills

- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, pro-active, outgoing, out of the box thinker, problem solver, preferably with experience in one or more startups

- Experience with Internet Company would be an added advantage

- The location of posting shall be in Gurgaon/Delhi
