Role Description :

- Mobike is looking for highly motivated and passionate analysts to support Mobike's key Business operations (including pre-launch, launch) in India. The Business analyst will report directly to the India leadership team, and under their collective guidance, keep track activities of Mobike at the national level including interaction with key market players, scoping out new partnerships and coordinating advocacy meetings with government officials.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, investigative, interpersonal and communication skills, and have the ability to work as a team player as part of a fast paced, goals-oriented team.

Location - DELHI / BANGALORE

Candidates must have:

- Start-up minded - must be fast acting, take initiative, does not shy away from challenge

- Strong problem-solving ability, analytical skills

- Self-starter, keen to make a difference and take on ownership and responsibility

- Interest in transportation/mobility, urban planning or modern city development

- Demonstrated interest in government relations, stakeholder engagement will be preferred; direct experience working, volunteering, or interning at a government office desirable

- Ability to work across functions - e.g. Operations, Supply Chain, Legal

- Prior experience in consulting / Investment banking strongly preferred

- MBAs preferred though not a limitation for tight candidate

- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment

- Must have excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills

Salary Offered : 5-7 LPA
