MMTC-PAMP - National Head - Digital Sales (10-12 yrs)
- Building a world-class discovery and purchase experience for consumers via a variety of digital partners and an own platform.
- Work will involve defining, shaping and executing long-term strategic initiatives to reinforce MMTC-PAMPs market-leading position in Digital Gold & obtaining such a position for minted gold & silver products.
- Develop and expand a jewelry partner ecosystem
- Align with key customers to ensure the company maintains a preferred partner status and ensures the highest levels of consumer satisfaction.
- Build new revenue streams by working jointly with functional colleagues to create new products other defined opportunity program.
- Actively partner the company in building/updating its strategic plans across the corporate, marketing and strategic alliances spaces.
- Keys to success also include a strong interest in the precious metals industry, the desire to create a unique and compelling customer experience, and a passion for retail.
Ideal experience :
- The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of online as a channel via experience with an online marketplace or a product manufacturer/retailer.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with 15+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience of building and leading teams across channels covering the consumer, retail and corporate spaces.
- Must be a hands-on leader who delivers to business targets and grows market share.
- Preferably associated with leading Consumer/Jewellery brands like Tanishq, Caratlane, Bluestone
- Proven track record of success in building channels along with chalking out clear goals & strategies and map the path to achieve them.
- Managing Partnerships & Alliances
- Ability to manage existing partnerships and build new ones
- Build and deliver to agreed forecasts and plans to ensure achievement of financial and other business targets
- Expertise in identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs.
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and tactically by building a high-energy, fast-paced environment
