STRATEGIC MARKETING MANAGER
Job Summary:
Support the Global Marketing function in the implementation of substantial marketing strategy and plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong partnerships with brands & refine strategic brand campaigns.
- Push the Product Portfolio into Different Channels.
- Brainstorming with product, solutions team to understand the propositions, and creating marketing strategy for promoting the offerings.
- Creating Impactful Strategies and POAs to derive sales
- Leveraging Industry and Analyst research to get meaningful insights to be used in developing business aligned marketing programs
- Creating rich and impactful content to be used in collaterals, case studies, articles, white-papers, videos to establish MIXe as a preferred thought leader in the industry
- Developing digital campaigns, virtual programs to gain strong industry traction and new business referrals
- Undertaking continuous optimisation of marketing activities through review and improvement of content and tactics
- Working as a key contributor in a dynamic, collaborative and enterprising environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA from Renowned Business Schools
- Industry knowledge relevant to FMCG, e-commerce, fin-tech and hi- tech market will be an added advantage
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing for high-tech or e-Commerce companies and working with global teams
- Proven success in managing in a matrixed organization and working with virtual teams
- Practical knowledge of modern marketing methods and tools
- Self-starter who looks for new market opportunities and ways of working
- Creative bent of mind, with excellent communication and presentation skills
