Job Summary:
Support the Global Marketing function in the implementation of marketing strategy and growth plans for a funded ecommerce platform
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong partnerships with brands & refine strategic brand campaigns.
- Brainstorming with product, solutions team to understand the propositions, and creating marketing strategy for promoting the offerings.
- Creating Impactful Strategies and POAs to drive sales through online and offline channels
- Collaborate with writers, designers to create rich and impactful content to be used in creatives, collaterals
- Developing digital promotions and campaigns, based on sales trends, consumer behaviour, market research
- Undertaking continuous optimisation of marketing activities through review and improvement of content and tactics
- Working as a key contributor in a dynamic, collaborative and enterprising environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA from Renowned Business School
- Industry knowledge relevant to FMCG, e-commerce, fin-tech and hi- tech market will be an added advantage
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing for high-tech or e-Commerce companies and working with global teams
- Proven success in managing in a matrixed organization and working with virtual teams
- Practical knowledge of modern marketing methods and tools
- Self-starter who looks for new market opportunities and ways of working
- Creative bent of mind, with excellent communication and presentation skills
