About The Role - Associate - Business Excellence (PMO):

The Associate - Business Excellence shall be responsible for development, implementation and sustenance of world-class manufacturing practices with the goal of achieving best-in-the-industry performance levels.

Who is Eligible? What we look for?

- 4-8 years of experience in manufacturing in reputed organizations

- B.E./B.Tech. in Industrial/Mechanical/Production Engg. From Tier-1 colleges

- Demonstrated results in OEE/Quality/ Delivery/ Cost improvements

- Good working knowledge of Lean/Six-sigma and other methodologies/ tools and techniques

- Passion for problem solving

- Ability to manage projects and coordinate with large teams to get things done and knowledge of Project Management & Action-management software

- Great communication and presentation skills with good working knowledge of software like MS-PPT/Excel etc.

Key Responsibilities & day-to-day tasks :

- Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and shop floor studies

- Align the key stakeholders for initiatives

- Conduct problem solving sessions

- Develop solutions

- Develop and execute implementation plans

- Ensure achievement of assigned deliverables

- Escalate roadblocks and potential risks to top management through daily audits and sharing MIS/ Presentations

- Enhance skills of the functional teams
