An ideal candidate should love start ups and should be passionate to join a team which is building exciting agricultural machineries having Indian and International appeal.   - The current position will have an end to end P&L responsibility and will directly report to CEO.   - The position will oversee, direct, and organize the work of the entire operations and partner with all departments to develop integrated processes that support excellent customer service. This includes Sales and Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and New Product Development and Commercial Operations.   - The candidate should be effective and excellent at people and process management and should be able to develop the entire organization as a strong team that would enable the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.   - He should be abreast with key business trends / market opportunities across geographies to ensure that MITRA expands to all major geographies in next one year.   - 4-5 years of startup experience is a must out of a total managerial experience of not more than 15 -17 years. The ideal age for the candidate should not be more than 40 years.
