Designation: Director - Marketing & Admission

Purpose: To lead admissions team at MIT Vishwaprayag University to enrol over maximum count high calibre students per year to a portfolio comprised of UG / PG / PhD Programs (Engineering - CS/IT/AI/Electronics, MCA, BCA, MBA, BBA, Design, Pharmacy etc.)

A) Knowledge:

- To lead an admissions strategy in support of the University's objective to recruit over 2,000 high calibre students per year to a portfolio of PG & UG programmes

- To develop KPIs for student intake and diversity targets.

- To monitor admissions targets and performance regularly to track progress and identify necessary actions to ensure that objectives are met.

- To provide regular reports to University's leadership with insights and forecasts relating to admissions patterns, cohort size and quality metrics.

- To develop and implement strategic actions throughout the admission cycle to ensure that intake and quality targets are met.

- To plan for Educational Fairs and promoting university

- To design admission handbook as per statutory bodies guidelines like UGC/AICTE/PCI/BCI etc.

- To plan, coordinate and oversee promotional events, campus tours, student interviews, and admissions activity initiatives.

- To review information for entrance tests, interpreting student test scores and conducting interviews of students based on statement purpose.

- To identify trends in the higher education and employment market that will have long-term impact on admission choices of top candidates and plan interventions

- To gather, analyse, and interpret data to inform the marketing, recruitment, and admissions strategy.

- To deal with complex and sensitive admissions enquiries and the handling and resolution of complaints and appeals where appropriate, in line with any relevant University policies.

- To lead an enrolment communications and experience approach to ensure candidates are engaged post offer and conversion % is maintained or improved Year on Year

- To lead a team that will ensure the successful delivery of the complete admissions journey from application to enrolment, ensuring high quality customer service and efficient and effective processes.

- To provide leadership for the entire team, including empowering and supporting their professional development, to ensure that the whole team deliver operational excellence across all programmes.

- To lead by example - by demonstrating a deep customer-service orientation, strong morale and the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

B. SKILLS:

- CRM Software, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing

- Knowledge of NEP (National Education Policy) for HEI - Higher Education Institutions

- Knowledge of admission guidelines of statutory bodies governing various courses like engineering, design, MBA, Law, Pharma etc.

- Analytics & Tech Savvy

E. Qualification & Experience:

- High academic credentials

- MBA (Marketing) from Institute of repute

- Should be throughout first class

- Minimum 15 years' experience
