Business & Growth Lead

This is the leadership role to drive the overall growth of the company. The person will lead the various functions of business development, operations, marketing, etc to drive growth.

Role Summary: Manage P&L of the company

Role KPIs: Revenue, eNPS

Role Description:

1. Business Development:

- Set BizDev strategy & plan (goals, distribution, acquisition channels, initiatives, timelines, etc) w.r.t. new hotel acquisition and relationship Management with hotels across India as per overall business goals

- Hire, mentor & lead the BizDev team across geographies to execute the plan and achieve the goals

- Manage key accounts for new acquisition/ Relationship Management as per the plan

2. Growth Marketing:

- Analyze relevant data & metrics w.r.t. bookings/ demand/ supply/ marketing and identify trends/ insights to make/ adapt the necessary plan for hotel operations, customer operations, etc. to meet the financial/ business projections

- Lead SEO, SEM & and brand marketing initiatives in collaboration with team/ consultants

- Drive the various growth hacking efforts in collaboration with the teams aimed at top-of-funnel growth, driving high conversion rates, repeat behaviors & and referrals from the users

3. Customer Operations:

- Mentor the CX Manager to ensure the goals w.r.t. CX & operational efficiency are being met

- Give strategic directions/ inputs to the CX Manager aimed at better CX/ operational efficiency in line with overall business goals and guide the CX Manager to execute them

4. People Operations:

- Oversee people's happiness/ productivity and drive overall engagement, happiness & and productivity of the team.

- Drive the monthly AHM and ensure business visibility, motivation & and alignment in the team
