Introduction :

The Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME) is an alliance of partners unleashing the job creation potential of every entrepreneur in India. Through action-driven coalitions around key themes such as ease of doing 'small' business, access to finance, MSME acceleration and more, we hope to develop an ecosystem that encourages and enables entrepreneurship.

The ambition of the Alliance is to create 10 million mass entrepreneurs by 2030 which intends to create 50 million jobs half of whom will be women.

GAME operates through partner organizations, across policy, civil society, academia, and the private sector, who will generate fresh insights, opportunity zones, new ideas, innovative technologies, and scalable actions. We firmly believe that solving hard problems requires collective effort, and the Alliance will exist to guide and enable collective impact.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Master's Degree in a relevant field or commensurate experience required.

- Overall working experience of 15 years in socio-development issues (MSME, livelihood), with a strong orientation to working with partners & alliances preferably in area of entrepreneurship.

- Demonstrated experience in program design & implementation on the field to achieve impact at scale.

- Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and systems thinking skills with the capacity to see the big picture and the ability to make sound judgment.

- Experience in Financial Management, of large programs with multiple work streams.

Required Skills :

- Should have a deep understanding of the state of Maharashtra landscape, partner ecosystem and government machinery.

- Sound understanding of theoretical frameworks in the Development sectors with the ability to guide the organization and constantly evaluate working models with a view to adopting and/or adapting them, as necessary.

- Demonstrated ability to assess the impact of the organization on a continuous and comprehensive basis.

- Ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders and their expectations, including Government, Donors, Staff and Partner NGOs working with the CEO and central functions.

- Ability to articulate and communicate the Theory of Change and Vision of the Organization

- Ability to build, lead and manage teams and NGO partners decisively

- Ability to problem solve operational issues.

- Experience of working with/ partnering with the Government.

Must Have :

- Strong oral and written English, Marathi and Hindi. Good understanding of the State of Maharashtra landscape.

- Master's Degree in a relevant field or commensurate experience required.

- Experience in developing partnerships, working with Central & State government agencies, donor organizations, research bodies etc.
