MIS & Strategy Manager- Real Estate Group

Role & Responsibilities:

- Will be a part of Customer Strategy Group for the business unit.

- Identify the root cause and formulate the recommended plan

- Work on Data Standardization, Analytics ,automation and Dashboard visualization

- Monthly, quarterly, and weekly reports (including MIS) for all verticals of the business in coordination with respective business heads

- Analysis and tracking of performance parameters for reporting to the BU Head in agreed rhythm and detail

- Preparation of feasibility studies, presentations to various internal and external stakeholders as required

Qualifications & Experience - Post-graduate/Graduate from Tier1/Tier2 College

- MS Office (complete with mid-advanced MS Excel ability)

- Relevant experience in Real Estate Advisory /Consulting Role.
