MIS Manager - Real Estate

Position : MIS Manager

Location : Dubai

Reporting to : MD

- Should have experience of business planning, budgeting, strategy and operations, MIS implementation,cost analysis, working capital control & analytical decision support.

- Variance Analysis, Number crunching, Gap analysis, Cost Analysis & Optimization.

- Formulating Budgets & Forecasts, Annual Operating Plan as per rolling forecast technique, conducting variance analysis and implementing corrective actions.

- Financial modeling including feasibility analysis of new projects. research and analyses of trends, leading indicators and business statistics.

- Assisting the MD in strategic and planning initiatives

Sales Variance Analysis :

- Underlying Sales/Price/Sales Value& GC Value growth

- Preparing a Gap analysis financial model to provide key logic of excess and shortfall of Hotel and restaurant business supported by well-articulated assumptions.

- Formulating Budgets & Forecasts, Annual Operating Plan as per rolling forecast technique, conducting variance analysis and implementing corrective actions
