What you will do - Collaborate existing CRM and lead collection sources in the company to map the entire customer journey through data - Build MIS/analytics reports for the business (overall, customized cuts) - Work with internal stakeholders (including top management) to understand business imperatives and deliver customer reports/analysis accordingly - Spearhead the marketing automation initiatives of the company as and when required to enable real-time reports and insights - Operate as the leading point of contact for business data requirements within the company What you will need - Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Technical/Statistics, masters degree is preferred - 3+ years of experience in having worked in the MIS & Analytics field at a growth stage online business or as an Analyst in the Consulting domain (especially Operations) - Proficiency with Excel across data analysis, macros and VBA (experience with SPSS is a plus) - Familiarity with functioning of popular CRM tools and Google/Facebook dashboards is a preference - Eye for detail and ability to generate insights beyond just reporting - Excellent analytical and organizational skills - Strong written and communication skills - Openness
