We are looking for Product Manager - Work from Office

Location - Mumbai - Lower Parel / Currey Road

5 Days working / Flexible working hours

Responsibilities:

- Achieve Business Goals through Product Design and Development

- Responsible to drive improvement in conversion rate across the product using cro methodologies, consumer research and corresponding product development

- Drive Customer Acquisition, Conversion, Retention and Engagement through the platform.

- Experience in techno functional role, responsible for the design and development of mobile applications and web applications

- In charge of product design and development of Mobile Applications (iOS and Android app ) , Mobile Website and Desktop Website.

- Understand Business Problems in various Areas like Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Accounts and build product solutions to increase efficiency by automation and streamlined systems.

- Build relationships across different teams within the company to foster quick ideas to product implementation.

- Mentor a team of business analysts and train them to achieve similar goals

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management

- Ecommerce Background (Mandatory)

- Sufficient familiarity with programming, APIs and frameworks

- Ability to analyse and use data to inform decisions

- An entrepreneurial mind-set, ready to assemble and lead cross-functional teams

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
