Mirraw Online Services - Senior Manager/Manager - Digital Marketing

- Strong execution capabilities on digital marketing platforms across mobile, web & app

- Strong at campaign management & ad-operations across adwords, facebook ads, bing, affiliates, programmatic and app install campaigns

- Ability to manage annual performance marketing budgets of Rs 20cr+

- Good understanding of factors influencing conversion rates, LTV, CAC, ARPUs

- Big data driven analytics and strong at number crunching and problem solving

- Good soft skills (excel/powerpoint)

- Prefer candidates from ecommerce background especially lifestyle, fashion, travel, etc.

- Good communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional departments (creative, communications, finance, sales, operations)

- 7-10 years experience in digital marketing, team handling experience would be great

- Based in Mumbai
