Operations Manager

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for end to end logistics performance of the organisation for the domestics as well as international operations

2. Performance of the last mile international operations

3. Meeting and exceeding the delivery performance to the customer

4. Warehouse management and performance of the warehouse.

5. Operational efficiency and inventory management of the warehouse

6. Process mapping, process improvement across the supply chain

7. Six Sigma certification will be added advantage

8. Building good customer experience

Qualification :

1. MBA full time/Executive from Tier 1 colleges

2. 2-7 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain , warehouse management or strategy

3. Someone who can handle both strategy formulation and implementation

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; high sense of ownership

5. Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and work on complex projects

6. Strong growth track record in the past professional career

7. Outstanding written, oral Communication skills and organizational ability
