Mirraw - Manager - Operations

- Operations Manager is responsible for managing a team and facilitating flow of information across multiple stakeholders to resolve any potential issues that impact customer experience/ business continuity.

- The candidate should have a basic understanding of the operations and logistics space and should be able to communicate clearly in the written and oral form. They should be able to come up with process improvements drive them through completion.

- We are looking for a strong, independent, and innovative problem solver to join Strategy & Operations for Fulfilment & Experience.

- The Position will be responsible for Logistics operations, warehouse operations and Customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for end to end logistics performance of the organisation for the domestics as well as international operations

2. Performance of the last mile international operations

3. Meeting and exceeding the delivery performance to the customer

4. Warehouse management and performance of the warehouse.

5. Operational efficiency and inventory management of the warehouse

6. Process mapping, process improvement across the supply chain

7. SixSigma certification will be added advantage

8. Building good customer experience

Qualification:

1. MBA full time/Executive from Tier 1 colleges

2. 2-7 years of overall experience, with atleast 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain , warehouse management or strategy

3. Someone who can handle both strategy formulation and implementation

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; high sense of ownership

5. Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cros functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and work on complex projects

6. Strong growth track record in the past professional career

7. Outstanding written, oral Communication skills and organizational ability
