Job Role:

- We are looking for a Sales Head who'll lead our sales, business development and strategise marketing opportunities and plans.

- The Sales Head responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you Are a skilled Sales & Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we'd like to meet you.

- You would be responsible for generating new sales channel with deep client engagements and run effectives campaigns to promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

- Maintaining good work relationships with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities

- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market

- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the department

- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

- Participate in the monthly and quarterly planning of company objectives

Requirements:

- Bachelors or MBA degree from IITs/IIMs or Tier I institutes

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals

- Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and customer service skills

- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing

- Experience running successful marketing campaigns

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing

Salary: 15-25 LPA, ESOP option can be awarded based on your performance
