Roles and Responsibilities :
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Ability to take ownership of the Revenue metrics and have a strong bias towards data-driven execution
- Experience of executing growth hacks in both offline & online/ digital marketing platforms across paid and organic channels
- Leadership qualities to hire and build a kick-ass growth/marketing team going forward
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Should do the market analysis and suggest new horizons to the companies' growth.
- Define goals for the companies' growth and ensuring they are met.

Requirements :
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing across Google Ad words, Facebook advertising, Instagram advertising, YouTube advertising, Affiliate marketing, Retargeting networks, Web tracking/attribution, Performance marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, etc).
- Strong communication & organizational skills.
- Sound knowledge of IT Industry. Candidates having a background of working in IT services or Digital marketing companies will have benefit.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Experience as a founder/ being part of founding team is huge plus but not mandatory
